2 stars for poor management. I visited this location today for a snack (fries and bbq sauce) around 7:15. The drive thru line was about ten minutes, but I didn't have anywhere to be. The girl that took my order at the speaker was wonderful, extremely friendly and inputed the exact amount of bbq sauce cups I wanted. I'm sort of specific when it comes to my fries and bbq sauce, so that's important to me. When I got to the window, the same girl processed my payment and checked to make sure the sauce was in the bag. It wasn't. So she was about to put the sauce in the bag and the manager rudely says that she is only allowed to give me two. The employee explained to the manager that she rung it up (but I was not charged). I said I was willing to pay (just give me muh damn sauce). Then the manager said "ugh just give it to them". Real great attitude towards your outstanding employee and customer. I'll stick to the Elizabeth location.

Went here twice. Once around 10pm and another time around lunch. Both times fries were stale and my burger was cold. I've never had a Wendy's serve worse quality food than McDonald's but sadly it is the case.

I use to love this Wendy's. Now service is so slow it's insane and the food is lukewarm when you get it. Try another Wendy's , but don't eat here.

The side salad was only four shreds of cheese and iceberg lettuce. They don't have Italian dressing.

Just left here a little bit ago grabbing something for my 2 yr old on my way to an appointment. Service was great, speedy and accurate. However, I could have used a lot less salt on the fries. Didn't give them too him.

I went to this location just last night. I was really furious when I left. I went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend and we didnt know what we wanted right away. I get to the speaker to order and the lady was unbelievably rude. Everytime I would say something her attitude astounded me. I couldnt hear what she said when I first pulled up, I assumed she was offering some sandwich but I replied and said "Im sorry, what?" And she rudely replies "are you gonna order?" I couldnt believe it. I order my meal and after she just kept asking "okay, is that it?" My boyfriend hadnt even ordered yet. So he orders and we pull to the first window. The first window lady wasnt exactly friendly either. At this point Im getting so irritated with their attitudes. I pull to the second window and it was the lady who took our order. She rudely tells me the total so I just hand her my card and without hesitation I turn to my boyfriend and comment on the poor customer service. Secretly hoping she heard me. She just hands me the food without saying anything and I pull away. I am not one to call and complain but I was really fed up. I called the number on the receipt and asked to speak to a manager. The lady on the other end immediately says I am a manager. I said okay I wanted to complain about my experience going through the drive thru. She say "uh, okay" and randomly disappears. She says to someone in the backround "theres some lady on the phone wanting to complain" sounding like I was just SUCH a neusanc. Obviously she didnt realize I CAN HEAR YOU. I will never. Ever. EVER. return to this Wendys. Ever.

2.5 stars. On two recent occasions that I have been here a young man(teenager) who was taking orders inside the restaurant seemed to have a lot of attitude. The first time I was here he got my order right but seemed to be joking and such with people he did not even know when really all they wanted to do was order. The next time I was in there he took my order and misunderstood what I said and gave me a buffalo wings instead of a Number 1 combo meal. We got it fixed but not with out a slight amount of cockiness from him. Also the french fries there lately seemed to taste a bit synthetic or plastic tasting. You may ask what do I expect by going to a fast food restaurant but at least in the past they were convincing enough to me that at one time they may have once been a potato.
